OMG my Absolute neighborhood favorite food joint. We've been here a few times now but today is the first day I got the combo box I'm picked up some hot food on the weekend. The husband and I coordinated combo so we can try a little bit of everything. Nothing disappointed. Everything was so flavorful. I would maybe turn vegetarian if I could afford to have them cook all my veggie meals. The buttered chicken was very good. Everyone knows my husband is die hard butter chicken guy. But after today, he says that curry tofu might be his new favorite. He also got the Chan masala and it was my favorite thing. Spicy smooth and buttery all at once. The lentils were off the hook and the saag paneer was also to my liking. We also ordered garlic naan and stayed a little over 2 minutes for them to make it fresh. Which was a GREAT decision. Because starting off your afternoon with freshly made hot naan could never not be awesome. They also have mango lassi Rose milk and Indian coffee. They started off making suites many years ago and just opened up the restaurant part. I really like the chickpea rolled snacks. If you're in the neighborhood do give them a try if you come before 3:00 you can get a lunch combo. The lunch combo is the best bank for buck in the neighborhood for your wallet and stomach.

I invited my friend to come try this place with me and we were both very happy. Not only were the employees kind but so were all of the other customers. We are chaos with our toddlers running about but everyone was very kind. The food definitely delighted as my friend and i enjoyed every bite. Edit: the sweets we got will be keeping me happy as long as they last! So nutty and delicious! 10/10 will be eating here again. Side note; the current pictures on her do not do justice to the beautiful murals that they are currently painting. The doors are gorgeous and the back wall is well on its way! Even my 2 year old loved the pretty colors.
One of the best places for sweets and snacks . Went with my 6 year old . He was hungry they were kind enough to give him some freshly made jalebi and namak para. Love the sweet gesture. Prices is amazing and huge quantity . They have warm gesture and amazing customer service . Must visit . Thank you
Went there the 1st time This place has a amazing vibe and it's un the hearts of Antioch, used to get their sweets but now they are open for lunch buffet which has authentic Indian taste will repeat over n over this is my new Indian place to eat and you can also order in bulk and their gulab jamun is amazing 7* for butter chicken and butter naan a must try food
We love Dass sweets and when we heard they were opening a restaurant we couldn't wait to visit. I love the way they redesigned the front of the shop! The murals are stunning and the perfect backdrop for a quick selfie! We ordered the papdi chaat, shahi paneer, the 3 item quick order, garlic naan, and chai. They gave us complimentary sweets with our chai which was the perfect birthday surprise for my husband. The food was very fresh and we loved that the garlic naan was made when ordered. Service was great too!
I have visited Dass Sweets shop in Antioch for some time to get sweets, which are awesome and authentic. Full worth of money I spend to get sweets. On 7/3/2024 when I visited Dass, I saw that they have added hot food Indian Punjabi items on the menu with place to sit and eat. First time, just to try out - I ordered Butter Chicken, knowing that it should be good because of the sweets I have been buying for some time. I loved the butter chicken and it was great and tasty. I also realized that butter chicken was not made with factory made look and taste, but it had great Indian Punjabi ingredients and very good. Next time I will try and order other items in their hot food items. Money well spent - It was great experience and I don't have to go to far off places to Dublin or Fremont to get Indian food. Dass is very close by in Antioch with great food and prices!
Great excellent food at a very excellent price that can not be matched. Very nice kind good people who own the place. They treated me like a king and I am grateful and appreciative. The food is excellent I had Tikka Masala with palak and daal masala and a very amazing Indian carrot cake along with Indian style tea. You have to come down here great food great service. You are missing out if you don't come great atmosphere feels like home to me I will be coming here on a regular basis now.
Got to taste and witness some fine quality sweets that necessitated a quick stop by to pickup a small order of Barfi and Gulab jamun from Dass sweets. Absolutely amazing and tasted very fresh. Sweet and ingredients were very well balanced and I would absolutely recommend their roasted barfi for sure!!
